PSO on the Go!

I've been a big fan of Phantasy Star especially the Dreamcast Phantasy Star Online. I was very happy when Phantasy Star Portable launched for the PSP and I could play on the go. The game was made by Sonic Team/Alfa System and published by Sega. The reception was mixed at best as it wasn't as robust as PSO. It did do well enough to get a 2nd game in the series on the PSP. For me though, it scratches that hack'n slash itch, drops me in that world and is mobile. Hard to beat slaying some S.E.E.D. during your lunch hour. Phantasy Star Portable gets the job done and is a solid hack'n slash JRPG for the PSP. Rating 8/10.
