Prinny: Can I really be a hero? is a quirky 2D platformer for the PSP made by NIS. It is a spin off from the Disgaea series with familiar characters making appearances and has a sequel Prinny 2 as well. They are bright, colorful and humorous games much like the series from which it came. The hook of these titles is you have 1000 lives to beat the game or it's game over. These 2D platformers are no joke and those lives will probably only get you halfway through your first time. But Prinny is a fun ride even though it may be challenging. With only a handful of 2D sidescrolling platformers on the PSP, this series is a must have. Where else can you play a duel sword wielding penguin? Nowhere, that's where.
